Cyclocross Training Series – 6 weeks starting Nov 3

P2M Cycling is excited to announce a partnership with Sustainable Endurance Coaching and Al Senft to help you reach your Cyclocross goals.  The series will start the week of November 3rd with FTP testing the week before.  The series is designed as an set of crushing workouts combined with discussions about pacing, equipment, courses, warmup routines, and anything else cyclocross you want to talk about.  The workout sessions will be wednesday night, but make up sessions are available throughout the week if needed.

As an option, Al has created a 6 week training plan that will tell you what to do each week in addition to the P2M sessions on the computrainers.  The workouts will be programmed into the computrainer system, resistance will be adjusted by the system for you so there is no cheating.  All you need is your road bike or cross bike (no fixies and need to have slick tires) and some determination.  You will get a free Training Peaks account (if you don’t have one) and 6 weeks of Training all leading up to NM Cyclocross Regional Championships.
