P2M classes focus on specific fitness and skill elements that are essential to increase your power, endurance and speed. Fun and challenging, these power-based classes will help you reach your full potential this cycling season.

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- A powerful hour filled with tempo, threshold, cadence, intervals and plenty of power instruction and coaching. A must for cyclists and triathletes committed to finishing strong.

Fridays 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. | 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- A big engine with a weak transmission simply won’t cut it. Learn to pedal quickly and efficiently using cutting edge CompuTrainer technology and drills that are proven to increase wattage with the fitness you currently possess.

Junior Development
Thursdays 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Juniors like to ride too. Focusing on cadence technique and form on the bike, this class is designed to provide a solid foundation as our children grow into their bodies and build strength.
